Polo For A Purpose is hosting a charity match Jan. 19 at the International Polo Club, 3667 120th Ave. S. in Wellington, to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The all-star line-up of polo players includes honorary chairman Brandon Phillips, a non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma survivor and one of the best polo players in the country. Gates open at 2 p.m. for the 2:30 p.m. match. General admission tickets are $5 with access to stadium seating and a cash bar in the 7th Chukker. Tailgate tents are $200 each.
