The third edition of the Guards La Aguada Youth Tournament was held last Saturday (June 20th), this being a championship for kids which is organized jointly by the Argentine and the English club and held at Coworth Park.
In the 10- to 14-year old division, four teams took part and title went the way of the Guards Polo Club. Luke Wiles, of the Coworth team, was named MVP, while Mía Cambiaso, of La Aguada, received the fair play award.
In the under-10 division, La Aguada faced the Guards Polo Club team, with the first-named team emerging victorious. Rufino Merlos, a member of the winning line-up, was named MVP, while Jemima Walker, of the rival team, received the fair play award.
In the 14- to 18-year olds there were tour teams competing for honours, with La Aguada taking the title. Charles Cooney, of the Guards Polo Club, was named MVP of the tournament, while Saif Noon, of Las Monjitas, won the fair play award.
