queenHB Polo, King Power and Salkeld face a penalty shootout for the remaining place
The league games in The Jaeger-LeCoultre Gold Cup have now been completed. La Indiana, Talandracas, Thai Polo and VPS Healthcare Sifani all suffered a clean sweep of defeat against their opponents, knocking them out of the running for the Quarter Finals. Zacara and RH Polo scraped through with a combination of wins and losses; RH Polo won two, and lost two matchs, whilst Zacara faired slightly better with three wins and only one loss in their first game against Salkeld. HB Polo, King Power and Salkeld now pin their hopes on a penalty shootout today for the remaining place in the Quarter Finals, in which the victor will take on Dubai.

The strongest qualifying teams, winning all four of their league games include The Cartier Queens Cup winners King Power Foxes, their opposition in their last Final, Dubai, UAE, El Remanso and Sir Charles Williams’ all-pro Apes Hill Club.

On Saturday 11 July, UAE will play the winner of today’s penalty shootout followed by King Power Foxes playing RH Polo. On Sunday 12 July, Dubai will play Zacara and later in the afternoon El Remanso will play Apes Hill.
