Next Thursday December 29, the opening match of the Palm Beach season will be taking place. The 20-goal Herbie Pennel Cup will officialy open the 2017 calendar at the International Polo Club.
Villa del Lago and Mt. Brillant will open fire; the winner will face Postage Stamp Farm on Sunday January 1st in what will be the first final of the 20-goal tournaments in Wellington. Players such as Hilario Ulloa, Mariano Aguerre and Santiago Chavanne will take part in the line ups of this first contest.
The season at the IPC will run till April 24, when the US Open final will mark the end of the activities of the high-goal season in Palm Beach. The 26-goal Tournament will see top players such as Adolfo Cambiaso and Facundo Pieres.
