La Dolfina, with Adolfo Cambiaso leading the lineup, defeated Alegria 16-9 and captured the Municipalidad del Pilar Cup, one of the most important tournaments of the season in Argentina. The championship match was held on thr grounds of the AAP, in Pilar.
La Dolfina dominated the match and the score, mostly during the first half, when they took a wide advantage. The winner’s play during thr second half was more defensive, and they shut all the doors at Alegria’s attempts to close the gap. La Dolfina’ strategic team play led them to a great victory.
Cuartetera Clone B04 took two BPP Awards – by the AAP and the Municipality of Pilar. Another of Cambiaso’s horses, Guadalupe Pepa III took BPP honors by the Argentine Polo Pony Breeders Assn.
