In 2016, the number of players has considerably increased in France thanks to the Polo Club of Chantilly, which has welcomed over the two last decades a memorable World Championship, two European Championships, as well as one of the biggest European tournament, the French Open. Twenty years of growth that will be celebrated on 22 May at the Apremont Farm with a high level encounter between France and Argentina and a special anniversary tournament on 20-22 May that will bring together members and friends of the Polo Club of Chantilly.
On this occasion, the Polo Club of Chantilly invites everyone to join the festivities on Sunday, 22 May, to celebrate this anniversary at the Polo Club of Chantilly, and have the privilege to attend a match of the highest level ever played by the France polo team.

This celebration will be surrounded by festivities with activities for the public. The France-Argentina game will be preceded by a spectacular equestrian parade representing all disciplines through which Chantilly became famous: racing, show jumping, hunting, driving, and Haute-Ecole dressage.

In 1996, Patrick Guerrand-Hermès, creative and visionary man, has the audacious idea of opening the world of polo to a wide audience, thereby making it affordable for players and also more accessible to the public. Today, the Polo Club of Chantilly is the biggest polo school in France, and one of the biggest Polo club in Europe. It extends over the 205 hectares of the Apremont Farm (XVIIth century) and has an exceptional site, bordering the Chantilly forest, Capital of Horse, 45 minutes away from Paris.
