The 123rd Hurlingham Open, the second leg of the Triple Crown in Argentina, is set to start on Wednesday, October 19, with two game on the AAP grounds in Pilar.
The competition will showcase eight teams up to 40 goals, broken down into two leagues. The six highest rated teams will be joined by the two that qualified: Cria Yatay (League A) and La Irenita (League B).
La Dolfina, recent winners of their fourth consecutive Tortugas Open title, will play Cria Yatay at 2pm. La Aguada Las Monjitas will then take on El Paraiso. La Aguada Las Monjitas’ Eduardo Novillo Astrada will not be playing; he was hit by a ball during a practice and has undergone surgery. He will be replaced by Francisco Elizalde.
The Hurlingham Open final will be held on Saturday, November 5.
