After closing 2016 with lots of polo and with 22BR/Macau claiming title at the Thai Equestrian Federation Cup, the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club gets ready for one of the key moments of its season and of polo in Southeast Asia: the kickoff of the Thai Polo Open. The current edition of the tournament will start on Wednesday, 4th and will showcase 5 teams of 12-14 goals.
The opening matchday will have the following order of play:
2:30pm: La Familia vs Malaysia National Team
4pm: Royal Pahang vs Thai Polo
The tournament will feature some high goal players such as Agustín García Grossi, Pablo Jauretche and Tomás Fernández Llorente (h) as well as some of the most important patrons of the region. The final is scheduled for Saturday, 14th on a matchday that will be accompanied by a unique event full of surprises and with the great Thai hospitality.
