Don Carlos was a finalist and Strategic Help for Heros won the third place in this new appointment of the season at the Sotogrande facilities.
Jolly Roger King of Polo was proclaimed winner of the Spring Tournament, played over the weekend at the Santa María Polo Club in Sotogrande. The team integrated by Alejandro Gómez, Niclas Johanson, Diogo Gallego and Jamie Le Hardy defeated Don Carlos 6.5 to 9 in the final of the medium handicap, which took place on court III of Los Pinos. Numerous public attended Sunday the closing of the competition, the fourth of the season in the emblematic facilities located in the municipality of San Roque Cadiz.
For its part, Strategic Help for Heros managed to win the third place after winning by a tight 5-4.5 to N. Equi Events. The day ended with a traditional Argentine barbecue served by the prestigious restaurant La Quinta, which could taste all attendees, residents in the area and tourists who come to the Santa María Polo Club to enjoy a sport on the rise in our country. The venue is the place where you can see the best polo in Spain, both for the breadth of the sports calendar and the quality of the competition.
