Quarter Finalists Decided

King Power Gold Cup Update

This weekend, the King Power Gold Cup Quarter Finals will be played at Cowdray Park Polo Club, with all of the teams looking to get that bit closer to the elusive Final, which is scheduled for Sunday 22 July. This year’s Quarter Finals will be sponsored by the Embassy of Hungary alongside the Hungarian Tourism Agency.
El Remanso and Park Place whizzed through undefeated, whilst La Bamba de Areco and Valiente both secured their positions with two wins and a single defeat each. Emlor, RH Polo, Murus Sanctus, Alfi Investments, Thai Polo, Monterosso, La Indiana and Talandracas all played a further qualifying match, which saw Thai Polo, Murus Sanctus and Emlor fail to qualify. The remaining five teams participated in a penalty shootout yesterday morning, which saw Alfi Investments, La Indiana, RH Polo and Talandracas take the remaining Quarter Final places.
