The sprawling property once valued at 65 million will be sold to the highest bidder with no reserve through concierge auction on Nov 16th to 19th.
Earlier this year Mr Nesbitt reduced the asking price for the Montecito, California, estate to $55million, having been trying to sell it since 2016.
The ocean-viewing property is described as ‘an elegant, European-style polo estate’, complete with a 10-acre regulation polo field, custom equestrian sculpture, 17-horse barn, clubhouse and terraces.
