Home team triumphs
On Saturday 8 February crowds gathered at Kihikihi Polo Club for a double billing of polo action. In the first match of the day The Colts (under 23-year-olds) came out on top against the New Zealand Ladies. Next up New Zealand faced South Africa in an International Test Match. After an exciting match it was the home team, New Zealand, who took home The Rose Bowl with a 9-7 win. The Best Playing Pony was named as Lenny Kay’s Kyle ridden by Byron Watson.
