The championship match of the Polo Masters Series, the second leg of the 2021 Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series, was played on Friday February 12 at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club. A total of 8 teams, up to 8 goals, are playing for the title. The competition is hosted by Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, and action is streamed live on POLOLINE TV.
UAE Polo and Battistoni went head-to-head in the final, with HH Sheikha Maitha’s foursome emerging as the winners. In addition, it was the first polo title ever for UAE’s Rashid Al Abbar who only played a couple of tournaments.
Meanwhile, Bin Drai captured the Subsidiary Trophy following a 5-4 win over Altamira.
The tournament will be completed on Saturday, with matches to decide the third and seventh place.
