End of Season ladies handicap changes in UK

Following the end of the polo season in England, the Hurlingham Polo Association (HPA), unveiled the ladies handicap changes as well as the outdoor handicaps for mixed tournaments, which will become effective on January 1 2023. The HPA informed that Anyone not handicapped at this meeting will come in off either their mixed handicap conversion, highest women’s handicap in the world or previous handicap. Whichever is higher

Among the most important raises within ladies handicap are Candelaria F. Araujo, from 8 to 9; Milly Hine, from 7 to 8; Azucena Uranga, from 5 to 6; Lucinda Keen and Olivia Merlos, from 4 to 5; Sheikha Maitha, from 3 to 4; Sheikha Alya Al Maktoum, from 2 to 3. Meanwhile, Hazel Jackson and Nina Clarkin remained as the highest handicapped ladies, by retaining their 10-goaler status.
