57th Jockey Club Open Thai Polo Cup
Yesterday, Thursday 22 September, the 57th Jockey Club Open Thai Polo Cup finalists were decided following Scone’s 15-10 win against Ellerstina Pilot in their Semi Final. The Jockey Club Open Thai Polo Cup precedes The Argentine Triple Crown and is hosted by Harald Link’s organization, Thai Polo, with the support of Minuto 7 Polo and the Argentine Association of Polo (AAP).Both teams will go head-to-head tomorrow, Saturday 24 September. Both sides have had very successful runs to the Final, although arguably Scone looks a little stronger as they remain unbeaten, plus Barto Castagnola is defending the 2021 title he won with La Ensenada and Scone beat Monterosso in league stages 12-8 when they met earlier in this tournament. Yet Monterosso will be sure to put up a strong fight, especially with three 10 goalers in their line-up and as the second ranked team in the tournament results. The Final will be livestreamed here, so be sure not to miss out on a compelling match.
