LAHORE: Amirreza Behboudi and Juan Cruz Greguol starred as two matches were decided on the opening day of the 10th Shah Rafi Alam Polo Cup at the Lahore Polo Club on Tuesday.
Behboudi pumped in five goals as Master Paints edged DS Polo/Sheikhoo Steel 7-6½, trumping Nico Roberts’ contribution of five goals for the losing side.
Greguol scored four times for FG/Din as they romped to an 11-5½ victory over Newage Cables/Master Paints, for whom Hamza Mawaz Khan’s four goals went in vain.
