The New Orleans Polo Club and National Alliance on Mental Illness-St. Tammany held the northshore’s premiere equestrian event, the Autumn Polo Classic, on Oct. 20 at l Summergrove Farm in Folsom. Proceeds proceeds from this charity event will benefit NAMI, the local nonprofit organization dedicated to offering education, support, resources, and advocacy for individuals living with mental illness, their families and the community. Last year NAMI SELA reached more than 53,000 people across Southeast Louisiana who were affected by mental health issues.
