The Cambiasos and Castagnolas will join forces for the 2025 Triple Crown in Argentina

Following the end of the polo season in Argentina, it’s usual that news would come and go – there’s no action on the fields, but indeed rumors and talks about possible new teams for the next year. Some of them are already confirmed and one is definetly a blow up.

There were many rumors about the next step for the recent winners of the Argentina Open, La Natividad, as well as La Dolfina. The strongest was that Adolfo and Poroto Cambiaso would eventually join the Castagnola brothers in the next season. While some confirmed the news, others denied it.

Therefore, both La Natividad and La Dolfina parted ways – Facundo Pieres will be back to Ellerstina and Pablo Mac Donough was hired by La Hache. Juanma Nero left La Dolfina to land in El Overo Z7 UAE and Pelon Stirling announced his retirement of the Triple Crown. As a result, everything was ready to see the birth of a new dream team.

At the end of the day, the news was confirmed – La Dolfina La Natividad will officially present a 40-goal foursome in 2025, a lineup composed by an entire family: father and son, Adolfo and Poroto Cambiaso will play with their nephews and cousins, respectively, in 2025.

The expectation to see these four superstars playing together is high, but we have to wait and see for the positions and whether the four of them will work properly. But one thing is for sure – this lineup is likely to begin a new dominant force in polo.
