In its 16th edition and on its fifteenth anniversary, Habtoor Polo Club & Resort held the presentation of the Dubai Silver Cup. The event took place at the hotel owned by the Al Habtoor family within the facilities where the tournament will be held over the next two weeks.
During the ceremony, the preliminary round matchups were announced, in which each team will play a total of four matches; so it will be a round robin as there are five teams participating in this first tournament of the Dubai Gold Cup Series. The top two teams in the general standings will advance to the final, which will be held on Saturday, February 1. The third and fourth best-ranked teams will be the opponents for the subsidiary final.
The tournament will begin next Wednesday, January 15, with exclusive coverage by Pololine, where all matches will be broadcast live on various platforms.
