Quinto Elemento claimed the José Ignacio Domecq Cup

Quinto Elemento beat La Capilla by a narrow 10.5-10, and ran out the champions of the José Ignacio Domecq Cup, the first leg of the Iberian Polo Tour, following the final that took place at Santa María Polo Club, Los Pinos grounds, in Sotogrande, Spain, on Sunday April 13.

Both teams played a very tough and close match; Quinto Elemento, who received half a goal on handicap, defended their advantage, while their contenders remained on their tail. At the end of the day, the pink jerseys managed to secure the title.

The next competition of the Iberian Polo Tour will be the Barón de Strabrock Cup.
