Limited reservations are still available for the Schreiner University Equestrian Team’s spring fundraiser scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 22, at Camp Stewart in Hunt located at 612 FM-1340.
This one-of-a-kind event will feature a polo match between the San Antonio Polo Club and Camp Stewart, along with:
- Fancy hat contest with a $25 entry fee with prizes for most elaborate hat
- Silent auction including gift baskets from donors and businesses
- Buffet and bar
Tickets must be reserved in advance online at
schreiner.edu/polo. General admission is $50 per person.
The $100 VIP Access includes the buffet and one drink.
The VIP+ Experience is $200 per person and includes buffet, two drinks, name recognition and a $50 team donation.
A special $10 ticket has been added for Schreiner University students and for any student younger than the age of 18.
The Schreiner University Equestrian Team is a varsity club sport with the goal of allowing students of all skill levels to better their equitation and horsemanship, while developing their sportsmanship, leadership and organizational skills.
The team competes at a national level and is open to any full-time student at Schreiner University who is passionate and motivated to improve their riding skills.
