Desert Polo is organised by the Royal Commission for AlUla in collaboration with the Saudi Polo Federation, and it’s set against the dramatic sandstone formations and ancient treasures of AlUla, including the iconic Nabataean city of Hegra.

Who is participating in the AlUla Desert Polo
This year’s Desert Polo tournament in AlUla is set to impress with a lineup of polo legends. Leading the charge is Adolfo Cambiaso, the founder of the renowned La Dolfina team and hailed as the greatest polo player of all time. Joining him are his talented children, Adolfo “Poroto” Cambiaso Jr. and Mia Cambiaso, alongside other stars like Pablo Mac Donough, Nacho Figueras, and Milly Hine.
The competition will feature six teams—AlUla, Richard Mille, Bentley, Budget SA, Dadan, and Ikmah—bolstered by international patrons, including Sarah Siegel Magness, Ploy Bhinsaeng, and Mohammed El-Sewedy. A distinguished group of royal patrons will also be competing, making this tournament a must-see for polo enthusiasts!
